How the campus is kept safe
You are leaving something irreplaceable with us. Safety isn't a feature here — it's the condition for everything else being worth discussing.
CCTV across the campus
Classrooms, corridors and play areas are covered, and the footage is retained rather than overwritten the same day.
Pick-up cards, no exceptions
Only the people you name at admission can collect your child, and only with the card we issue. Anyone else needs advance notice from you and photo ID at the gate.
Cleaned between sessions
Play equipment, mats and shared materials are sanitised on a schedule, not when someone remembers.
A clear sick-day policy
A child who is unwell is looked at and you are called. We would rather make an unnecessary phone call than a late one.

Questions about safety and the campus
What safety and hygiene measures are in place?+
CCTV coverage across the campus, background-verified staff, a secure pick-up card system, sanitized play areas, and a nurse-checked policy for any child who's unwell.
Who is allowed to pick my child up?+
Only the people you name at admission, and only with the pick-up card we issue you. If someone else needs to collect your child on a given day, we ask for advance notice from you and photo ID at the gate.
How will I know how my child's day went?+
Daily photo updates in your class group, a monthly progress conversation with the class teacher, and an open-door policy — if something is worrying you, you don't have to wait for a scheduled meeting.
Photos only go so far
Come during a working morning and see the rooms with children in them. That's the version that actually tells you something.
